Directions for Student Learning Plan Sign Off

Log into Encom at https://encom.onlineschool.ca. (If you forgot your Encompassword, password,please choose the “"Forgot Password”Password" option).option.

2. Read through your child (or children’child(s) SLP to ensure it reflects your child’child(ren)'s learning plan for the year. The SLP is a fluid document and canshould be updated throughthroughout the school year.

3. Once you've reviewed the SLP, please click onthe SLP Parent/Guardian SignSign-Off. Off:

#14. -You Tocan view the SLP clickdirectly, onby clicking the green highlighted “Student Learning Plan”Plan button at the top of the page.

#25. –When Typeyou parent/guardianare ready to sign the SLP, please type your name into the Parent/Guardian Full Name, declaring that you collaboratively created the SLP in conjunction with your Support Teacher. 

#36. –Then Typesign your name by typing your full legalname nameinto the Legal Signature box. 

#47. –Click Save SLP Sign Offoff. 

RepeatYou will have to repeat this process for each childone of your children if you have more than one completing their programming with HCOS.
