Description

BC ExamBank (K - 12) allows students to write online practice exams in core subject areasareas. for all grade levels from Kindergarten to Grade 12. 

This Subscription is available to Enrolled, Flex and Registered families.

The ExamBanksite consists of practice exams inthat lineare aligned with British Columbia's curriculum. In ExamBank, students can practice samplecompleted tests in their preferred subject area.  They can even concentrate on an individual unit in a course if preferred.  A completed test isare automatically marked for the student so they can immediately see where their strengths and weaknesses lie. The test results will also explain how to findgive thestudents answer.immediate Thisfeedback. can help jumpstart the student's learning on questions for which they still need to get the correct answer. The tests are randomly generated from manyquestion questionsbanks so students can write an examtests multiple times for better preparation.

AsThis BC ExamBanksubscription is entirelyrecommended web-based,for noK-Grade software12 needs to be installed, and it works equally well on Windows, Macintosh, or any other computer system with an Internet connection.students.

Logging In

LogStep in1: Navigate to BC ExamBank.the Search Portal (UseNavigate your Encom username and password.) and selectto the Subs/Passwordsgrade tabyou would like to find the username and password for BC ExamBank. You do not need to set up an account to use BC ExamBank.practice.

Go to BC ExamBank.

1. Students should NOT log in at the top of the page. Instead, select the grade level.

We pay 13 cents for each exam on this site, sotests when you log in, please take a test.

Students do not set up individual accounts in BC ExamBank. Students can email their teacher their test results after taking the test. (See the instructions below.)

The ExamBank website allows students to begin a new test with just one click rather than retyping the username and password for each new practice session.  We have set the ExamBank site to remember login information for two hours.

When a student completes an exam, select submit at the bottom of the page.

BC ExamBank immediately generates the answers for the student. Test results explain the way to find the correct answers. This gives a student a jump-start in understanding questions that they answered incorrectly.

Assessment for teachers

Send test results to your support teacher after the test is submitted and the student has received their results.

Scroll to the bottom of the results page and fill in the form to send your results to your support teacher. Select “Send your results.”

Troubleshooting

What if nothing happens when I click onclicking the "Start test" button?

Youyou likely have a pop-up window blocker installed on your computer,computer. and rather than have it configured to just block windows that pop up automatically, it is configured to stop any new windows from opening. Exambank tries to open a new window every time you click on a "Start Test" button. If you click on "Start Test," and nothing appears to happen, simplyPlease add bc.exambank.com to your pop-up blockersblocker's trusted sites list.
