Costs for Online Courses

(Current for 2018/19 School year)

These are the amounts deducted from student curriculum accounts for the following courses. The true costs for these online courses are subsidized by HCOS in order that student curriculum accounts are minimally impacted.

VW/IMT Core $500 (Students must take the four courses)

Grades Five and Six: cover Language Arts, Bible, ADST, Science

Grades Seven and Eight: cover Language Arts, Bible, ADST, Social Studies

Virtual World Languages $150

Costs for additional online courses

If a student wishes to add additional online courses to their load, (Example: A student chooses to take both French and Spanish in the same year.), then the additional course needs to be paid for. The regular cost per course is $650.
