Course Fees for Part-Time Students
Some students prefer to only take a few online courses and will only receive a report card from us. Students in K-9 are considered non-funded and will be placed with an HCOS teacher. Students in 10-12 are considered HCOS students and are advised of the accreditation options as their marks are not submitted to the Ministry of Education. Only the GA can add courses for these students so student course selection is locked.
5-9 online course - $625, billed via Paypal by the HCOS Office and courses will be added once the course fees are paid, students may access online based Learning Commons resources.
10-12 online course - $925 for a 4 credit course, billed via Paypal by the HCOS Office and courses will be added once the course fees are paid, students may access online based Learning Commons resources.
Who are Out-of-Province Students?
OoP students are students who live outside of BC and do not meet the eligibility requirements for BC residency. They are invoiced for the educational programming that HCOS provides them. They are not eligible for additional SE funding or extra programs, unless they pay for these themselves.
