Visiting the Physical Learning Commons

Pick-ups/Drop-offs -The physical Learning Commons in Kelowna is open Mon–Fri from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

 Browsing Resources - You can browse the curriculum and the used bookstore anytime, but the main library conducts classes. Call or email to find the best time to come; after 3:00 p.m. is usually fine. Email Kelly Wiebe at kelly.wiebe@onlineschool.ca or call 778-721-8309. 

 

 Parents or caregivers with children are asked to remain with their children at all times. 

 

 

 Due to a lack of space, children are not permitted in the shipping room where the curriculum and resources are located. They are allowed in the main library only. 

 

 

 If you would like assistance with curriculum and how to navigate the Search Portal, please contact Shandra Wiebe at swiebe@onlineschool.ca to make an appointment. 

 

 

 If you feel sick or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please drop off items and do not visit. Please use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the Learning Commons.

 We are in the Flex Academy building at 907 Badke Rd, Kelowna, BC, V1X 5Z5.  

 

 

 Park in Visitor Parking spots between the school and the church. 

 

 

 You will see signs for HCOS Learning Commons shipping/receiving. Walk down the driveway beside the school building to the far end until you come to the door with a Learning Commons sign. Please ring the doorbell!
