Type “clear cache” into your search bar and follow the instructions from the drop-down menu for your browser. Restart your computer. Check that you are not adding an extra space at the beginning or the end of your username or password. Ensure usernames and passwords are located at the very beginning of the allowed space and that your cursor is right at the end of the password. Verify that your username and password contain both uppercase and lowercase letters. Some subscriptions are case-sensitive. Use a different browser to access the subscription. For example, if you usually work in Google Chrome, try using Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox. Reboot your computer. Turn everything off, wait thirty seconds, and then turn it on again. Sometimes, waiting a day and then trying it again seems to resolve the issue. If you continue to experience trouble, please contact Margaret Basaraba via email or LiveChat . Don’t give up! We promise it will be worth your while! The test can include up to 60 questions. It may take a few days to complete if your student answers correctly and works in shorter sessions. The test will automatically end after three incorrect answers. While your student is taking the test, please avoid giving them the answers. It’s okay to help them understand what the question is asking and how to use the Subscription, but let them choose their own answers. For the most accurate results, the test should be taken more than once. During the first assessment, part of the process involves learning how to use the program itself. Because of this, students might not answer all questions correctly—not due to their ability, but because they’re still figuring out how it works. As a result, they may be placed at a lower level than they actually belong. Students can access the placement test at any time by contacting their teacher to reset it.   Reading Eggs printable library .
