Here are the notes for families and patrons who are returning used curriculum to the HCOS school office.
If you have purchased a curriculum using your PO number i.e. school funds:
- Contact Ted Gerk email@example.com by email to let him know that you would like to return your curriculum. Ted will then advise you of how the shipment will work, and whether costs will be included.
If you have purchased curriculum with your own funds:
- HCOS Learning Commons welcomes donations of gently used curriculum. Please contact either Shandra Wiebe, our Learning Commons Administrator by email firstname.lastname@example.org, or Pippa Davies our Learning Commons Director email@example.com to ascertain whether we have space for suggested donations. If you combine your return with a loan from the Learning Commons we may be able to assist with the shipping process.
- We can only accept curriculum in good condition: no tears or writing in the books
- We can not accept novels, DVDS or CDs unless they are part of a curriculum package.
